Our employees/members have access to business or personal information in the course of doing their jobs, which may include certain underwriting data provided by the carriers, claims data or advising customers about products and services. All of our employees/members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement committing them to protecting your personal information that they may have access.

We maintain manual and electronic security procedures for nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals who require that information in order to conduct our business on your behalf. We have deployed certain safeguards to protect your personal information which include secured files, user authentication, encryption, firewall and anti-virus technology.

We will not share your business or personal information with anyone for purposes unrelated to Anderson Rose & Associates business operations.
